Maintenance issues

Report maintenance issues to HSB Stockholm online at https://felanmalan.hsb.se/ (website only in Swedish) or call HSB Service Centre, tel: 010 – 442 11 00, Mon-Wed, Fri 8 am–4.30 pm (8:00–16:30), Thurs 8 am–6 pm (8:00–18:00).

Reports about cleaning in our houses can be made directly to Tarjas Städ on 08-31 93 09.

Urgent issues

In the event of urgent maintenance issues that may cause substantial harm to persons or property, contact HSB Service Centre, tel: 08 – 695 00 00

Nuisance Response

What’s considered a nuisance? See our Rules of Conduct, paragraph 2 and 3

Report ongoing nuisance to the nuisance response team, tel: 08 – 695 00 00, between 6 pm–6 am (18:00 – 06:00)

In case of recurring nuisance, please document each incident in a Nuisance Report.

Report illegal parking to Länsparkerings Bevakning, tel: 08 – 735 60 20

Economic administration

Please contact the economic administrator with enquires regarding transactions, rents, transfer agreements or termination of lease.

Invoices och deeds of trust (pantbrev) should be sent to financial administration.
